- 00:00-06:00 - 50% of the room rate
- 06:00-12:00 - hourly payment
- 12:01-06:00pm - hourly payment
- 06:00pm-12:00 at night - 50% of the room rate
Accommodation with children is possible in rooms of the following categories: Double, Junior Suite, Apartments. Children up to and including 12 years old stay with their parents for free. If necessary, a folding bed is provided. The «Europeysky» restaurant has high chairs for feeding.
An extra bed is provided in Double, Junior Suite, Studio, Apartments, Executive suite rooms. The cost is 1000 rubles/day. If necessary, a folding bed is provided (upon prior request by phone).
Rooms are cleaned daily with the use of disinfectants. For detailed information on measures to ensure the safety of guests in connection with the spread of coronavirus, see the Prevention of COVID-19 page. Linen change is carried out for a long stay 1 time in 3 days.
Tea, coffee, sugar, and bottled water are replenished daily in the rooms.

You can rent a room at the New Star Hotel for a day or more. Hourly rent is not carried out.
