"Personal Data" is data that allows you to identify or characterize you as a certain individual. When interacting with guests, we collect the following Personal Data according to the law

• Citizenship, passport details, visas and other identification data contained in identity cards
• Important dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Data on participation in loyalty programs
• Information about previous stays, services purchased, requests for special services and amenities

• Reservations: We use your personal data to make and process your online booking.
• Support Service: We use your personal data to provide support.
• Guest reviews: we can contact you by email and invite you to write a review after your stay.
• Loyalty programs: we can offer you participation in our loyalty programs, as well as in individual programs designed with your interests in mind; send you offers, promotions and information about events; calculate your privileges;
• Security: We use information, which may include personal data, in order to prevent (as well as to investigate) fraud and other illegal or illegal actions. Access to personal data is granted only to those employees of the company who need it to perform their duties. All of them get access to personal data after signing a confidentiality agreement and familiarizing themselves with the procedure for processing personal data.

According to the Russian legislation on personal data protection, STAR GROUP HOTELS strictly performs secure procedures to prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized use of personal data. We take all necessary organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Data.

We ask you not to send or disclose to us, without a request from us, either through the Services or by other means, any confidential Personal Data (such as social security numbers, national identity card number, data on race or nationality, political views, religious, ideological and other beliefs, health, biometric and genetic characteristics, criminal record, membership in trade unions, administrative or criminal liability and sanctions).
